By downloading, accessing, or using the 8D Studio mobile application, website, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and HORUSTRIX, LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

8D Studio is a premium spatial audio conversion and playback tool. The App processes audio locally on your device to create 8D, 4D, and spatial audio effects, including frequency generation, reverb adjustments, and equalization.
Zero-Backend Processing: All audio processing is performed entirely on your device. We do not upload, store, or have access to your music library or audio exports.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. Users between 13 and 18 require parental consent.
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right (including copyright) to play, modify, export, and distribute any audio files processed using the App. HORUSTRIX, LLC assumes no liability for copyright infringement or misuse of audio resulting from the use of 8D Studio.
The frequency generation, spatial panning, and binaural beat features provided in 8D Studio are for entertainment and relaxation purposes only. They are NOT intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
Warning: Please consult a medical professional before use if you have a history of seizures, epilepsy, or severe auditory conditions. Do not use the app while driving or operating heavy machinery.
Access to advanced audio effects, ad-free experience, unlimited background play, and high-quality audio export requires a paid subscription ("Crystal Plan") or a one-time purchase ("Founder's Club Lifetime").
Subscriptions purchased via Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject to their respective terms:
We cannot cancel mobile subscriptions on your behalf. You must manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store or Google Play.
The Service, including its design, logos, DSP algorithms, code, software, and proprietary technology, is the exclusive property of HORUSTRIX, LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal use.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT IT WILL ALWAYS FUNCTION WITHOUT DISRUPTIONS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HORUSTRIX, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR AUDIO QUALITY, INCURRED BY YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
